Food is a very important part of life. Eating a good meal always makes a person feel better. Different cuisines have spread to different parts of the world. Love pizzas? Here is a healthier alternative – Take a brown rice tortilla, or a gluten free bagel. Apply on it, some marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese and sprinkle the toppings of your choice – any vegetables or meat and bake it in the oven till the cheese is nice and golden. This is a wholesome and balanced meal.

Tuna salads – Drain out the water from the tuna can, use a fork to break the tuna and add in some light mayonnaise, green onion, lemon juice and tomatoes. Apply this mixture on some multi grain or gluten free bread. This is a tasty and easy recipe.
