On a Diet? Try these incredible salads

The most dreaded aspect of giving up fast food is giving up on yummy treats; or so you think! No longer does one have to munch on tasteless greens like a goat in order to shed a few pounds, for the advent of quality veggies, meats and sauces in India has made it incredibly easy and super fun to go on a diet.

Lean Caesar salad:

If you are averse to the mere concept of salads, I suggest you start off with a Caesar salad. Now Caesar salads can be quite heavy and often defeat the very purpose of eating a salad; what with the fired bread croutons and the heavy dressing. Make your Caesar salad lighter without losing the taste factor by substituting the heavier components by lighter, less fatty alternatives. You can use a leaner meat like turkey ham instead of chicken, you can skip the bread croutons or use toasted whole wheat/multigrain bread. Asian Seafood Salad:
